Vincent received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology at the Open University of Amsterdam. He has received professional training in various therapeutic approaches, including CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), mindfulness, meditation (Vipassana), and Practical Philosophy.
To take care of his own mental health, Vincent leads a healthy and active lifestyle, nurturing strong social connections and spending enough time in nature. He finds joy in playing musical instruments, engaging in regular exercise, traveling, and spending time with his loved ones.
Vincent speaks both Dutch and English.
